Lane Stable To saddle Up Two Runners At Gosford on Friday

Mar 13, 2014

Damien Lane will supply two runners at the Gosford race meeting on 14 March with the track a current dead 5, the weather is overcast at present.

In race one the first of the Lane runners will take place in an 1100 meter event,– with lucky Cash, jumping from barrier eight  having his third start from a spell with Paul Hammersley in charge.

Last time out lucky Cash ran fifth in a field of 10 at  Wyong, at the  beginning of March on a slow six. It is hoped the firmer track forecasted for Friday, may assist in an improvement on his last time out.

The second runner for the stable will turn out in race four in a class two Hcp over a mile, with Attitude Pays jumping from barrier three of seven with Alex Stokes aboard.

Attitude Pays preparation this time in has been very positive, with the bay gelding rewarding owner Mr Truran with some good results, with a win at Taree early February and a second last time out at Wyong his most recent.

Attitude Pays has had no luck at the track on his only visit, but has won at the distance as well as placed twice.

Good luck to connections with their runners at Gosford on Friday.
