The first of the stable runners will see All But Gone compete in the book summer hospitality today handicap for five-year-Olds and up over 1250 m with Blake Shinn aboard, All But Gone will jump from barrier 10 as an $11 to 1 chance.

All But Gone is a six-year-old gelding who was last seen finishing fifth of seven over a mile at Warwick Farm in a BM 82 handicap and resumes here from a 17-week break.

He has performed at the distance in the past winning two and placing three times from nine attempts however he has not troubled the scorer at the Canterbury venue.

Race seven will see a competitive field competing in the #the races handicap over 1100m for four-year-olds and up runners of benchmark 79 accreditation, with Johnny Roo Boy to be partnered by Blaike McDougall jumping from barrier six with the seven-year-old gelding a $20 to 1 chance.

Last time out he finished seven of 8/1000 m at Warwick Farm in a BM 75 handicap. Damien has removed the lugging bit and added a tongue control bit for the first time, he has good early speed and has placed once this prep at Canterbury, however, he will need to improve to trouble these.
