The four-year-old gelding was last seen finishing eighth of 10 over a mile two weeks ago at Gosford in a maiden when fading in the run to finish eighth, blinkers come off for the first time and a fairly hefty drop in weight off the last start, combine that with a drop back to country racing and he looks a real competitor at $6.50.

Last time out he finished fifth of 8/1400m, at Newcastle in a class 2 and resumes from that after a 15 week break.

He has placed in his only attempt 1st up on debut and will likely race on the speed, he is currently an $11 prospect.
