Oakfield Twilight put in a great effort in the Vinnies shops class 2 handicap under Grant Buckley with the four-year-old bay by Zoffany out of Bally Aura finishing up with the runners up cheque after a late dive by Tinkermosa under Michaela Weir to score the class 2 prize.
Given the leaders roll Oakfield Twilight was strong throughout the event though it was the Alomosa commodity that stuck the bib out winning on a good 4 to hand the Lane runner 3 consecutive 2nds, China Gale was the third to arrive over the 1350m
