OAKFIELD ROMANCE breaks through at start number 23 and her sixth start for us. The daughter of Hinchinbrook has had some hard luck stories and you only have to look at her record before today to see she hasn’t been far away placing 13 times. But today was her day, jumped solidly to land in the front half from there Aaron Bullock positioned her beautifully pulling out 4 wide on the turn and timed it perfectly arriving in the shades of the post to score by a neck.
