Damien Lane saddled up Lucky Cash with Cody Nestor aboard to race three on the Bathurst race card in a 1400m maiden handicap jumping from barrier one in a field of 11.
On landing it was Lucky Cash taking up the leaders roll, Arthurormarther was out 2nd, Keofilo was third Seething Drake was 4th as the field single filed passing the 800m.
The pace stepped up a notch passing the 600m as Nestor still piloted the race leader Lucky Cash, Arthurormarther was second Keofilo was still prominent as Carrie sat 4th with the widest runner on straightening being Seething Drake.
Into the straight Lucky Cash had a slight kick, however Seething Drake was putting in the big strides down the outside, as Royal Cargo, whom had shown no early speed cut the corner, racing home strong along the plastic to go to the line and land the prize by 1 1/4 lengths back to the fast finishing Seething Drake with Lucky Cash in third two lengths astern of Keofilo the Warwick Farm visitor.
