Race six will see the Bowerman’s office furniture handicap over 1100 m with last start winner, Kanguru to be ridden by Brock Ryan jumping from barrier 10 in a field of 10.

When resuming he competed in the Coonamble Cannonball, taking out the event over 1100m with Jean Van Overmeire aboard arriving first of 11, 0.05 lengths in advance of Cockles in a time of 1:03.80, after travelling near the tale of the field before scorching home late for the prize.
