Damien Lane will supply one runner in the form of Golden Court at the Newcastle race meeting on Saturday, 24th of May, the weather is fine the track rating currently displaying a Good three.
Golden Court will take part in a class one and maiden plate over 2300 m with Serg Lisnyy aboard jumping from barrier four.
Golden Court has been disappointing this time in, having had three starts this preparation for a last at Taree followed up by a fifth of nine at Cessnock over 1570m and was last seen rearward at Cessnock over 1350m finishing 13 1/2 lengths behind the winner on that occasion.
It is hoped the first visit to Newcastle may inspire the four-year-old Bay gelding to achieve a result for the patient connections.
