Kembla track specialist Choice Larga had to settle for the runner-up tag after finishing 2nd to Fireman Sam I Am in a benchmark 65 handicap in race seven on the Kembla Grange card.
Choice Larga, a last start winner has competed at the track on five occasions taking home the major prize on three of those occasions and look likely to repeat it under Chris Williams when kicking clear only to be grabbed in the latter stages of the event by saddle cloth (3), Fireman Sam I Am.
