The stable prepared Bend It Like Benny to race six on the Scone card in a BM65 handicap over the 900m with Kody Nestor aboard jumping from barrier one in a field of 12.
On landing in the Super One Super Flyer BM65 handicap the first runner to lead was Vixen Lass, Bend It Like Benny was on the inside of that runner, What A Party followed by Wing Snipper in fourth position.
Turning for home 400m to run and Bend It Like Benny took over Wing Snipper was prominent as was Alpine Dragon, but threading the needle in between runners was Archibald to take the lead & claim the prize in advance of Bend It Like Benny with Wing Snipper in third.
