Ayeteem ran well in the great Northern super crisp Lager Muswellbrook event over 1218m when Jake Hull piloted the runner to the runner-up prize.
On leaving the stalls Ayeteem advanced to be the race dictator and on straightening for home swept many lengths clear and looked likely to score another win, though it was RT on Lonely Heart that had other ideas grabbing the Brown gelding late to score relegating The Wyong runner to 2nd, another locally trained Wyong runner in Hubble finished in third position.
