Jenny Duggan didn’t panic in the early stages and rode Sneaky Sofia like the best horse in the race after being posted wide.
She trusted the horse underneath her and what a finish as this combo responded beautifully. Damo has always had a high opinion of this Merchant Navy filly after just missing in the $200k Wellington Boot and connections will be very excited to see the dominance today.
The Colley family have been extremely supportive of the stable and this is the win we were after to kick off the 2024-25 racing season.
