The Damien Lane racing stables will supply one runner in the form of Barstow to the Mudgee race club meeting to be held on Father's Day Sunday, September 7 with fine conditions forecast with a track rating of a good three, and the rail in the true position.

Barstow will enter the Mudgee race track in race one in the XXXX Gold class one combined maiden plate event over 1600 m with Anthony Cavallo to ride jumping from barrier three in a field of 14.

Barstow is a five-year-old Brown Mare having start number 13 with one win and two placings earning prize-money in excess of $12,000.

Barstow's recent events contested have been at Cessnock finishing eighth of 11 over 1570 m on July 21 with Grant Buckley aboard finishing 3.6 lengths from the winner, Damien then spaced the run before heading to Taree on August 22 over 1250m in a benchmark 55 with Andrew Adkins aboard finishing 11th of 14, 7.4 lengths off the winner on that occasion.
