Damien Lane will supply a number of runners to the Cessnock wine country race club meeting on Tuesday, July 7 the rail is in the true position racing on a soft six the weather predicted to be fine.

The first of the stable runners will see Pirate Ben coming out in race 3 at 1:05 in a class one handicap with Rachel King aboard jumping from barrier one in a field of 12.

Pirate Ben is a three-year-old chestnut gelding having start number six with one win earning prize-money of just under $10,000,  last time out he raced at Bathurst on  June 30 finishing fifth of 11 over 1106 m with Rachel King aboard arriving 6.3 lengths behind the winner.

The next stable runner will see Lucky Cash come out in race for 1:43 PM in a maiden handicap over 900 m with Serg Lisnyy aboard jumping from barrier five in a field of 14.

Lucky Cash is a four-year-old Bay gelding having start number 23 with six placings earning prize-money in excess  of $21,000 last time out he raced at Cessnock on June 16 finishing second 13 over 1158 m with Serg Lisnyy aboard arriving a nose behind the winner in a time of 1:10.43.

Race six on the card will see Brothers Kingdom head out in a BM 50 handicap with Greg Ryan aboard jumping from barrier 13 in a field of 13.

Brothers Kingdom is a five-year-old Bay gelding having start number 22 with two wins and one placing in prize-money in excess of $27,000 last time out he raced a Bathurst on June 30 finishing six of 9 over 1406 when racing on a heavy 8 with Rachel King arrive 4.3 lengths behind the winner in a time of 1:28.68.

The final stable runner Sergeant Bilko has accepted to race in the Cessnock Leagues club jungle juice cup over 1350 m jumping from barrier four in a field of 14.

Sergeant  Bilko is a six-year-old gelding having start number 42 with five wins and 16 placings earning prize-money in excess  of $60,000, last time out he raced at Wyong on June 25 finishing nine of 11 over 1100 m when racing on a heavy 10 with Serg Lisnyy aboard  finished 15.4 lengths behind the winner.

Sergeant Bilko needs one more scratching to gain a start in this race.
