The stable saddled up Mr Mcbat to race 2 on the Gosford card with the consistent runner third up from a spell jumping from barrier seven with Andrew Adkins aboard.
After leaving the stalls in the New England Constructions CG&E class 2 event Bright Future led, Torios Delight followed with Tammany Hall third on the rail, Trick Star was fourth with Mr Mcbat the last of the seven runners via the 600m.
Into the straight Tammany Hall took over from Bright Future whom was nearer the rail, accelerating to the lead with I Am Capitan running on to finish in second with a short margin to a game Mr Mcbat who ran on solidly from a leader bias track, surely now displaying a win is well within reach.
