It is a great feeling for owners when your horse can win on debut and it was an impressive debut win for OAKFIELD PRINCE at Muswellbrook as he lived up to the promise shown in trials where he placed in both. The son of So You Think displayed lovely early speed to find the front from the rail draw and never looked like relinquishing the lead to score by close to 3L.
